Overview (brand home)
Overview is a brand’s home, the screen you land on when you open a brand from Today. A brand still inside guided setup redirects to that flow instead. Overview is designed for the five-minute weekly read: what changed, what matters, and what to do next.
The top cards lead with the brand’s two numbers, each labeled with what it means and linking to its surface: Citation share — what AI says about you — opens Analytics, and Readiness score — can AI read you? — shows the latest scan’s Readiness score and band and opens Readiness. Share of voice and Pending actions follow. A card stays unmeasured (or “Not scanned”) until the data exists. The overview does not invent a delta or compare periods that are not comparable.
Next best move
Section titled “Next best move”The right-hand card is the decision point. It prioritizes a red alert when one is open; otherwise it selects the highest-impact incomplete recommendation. Before the first baseline it routes you to the next setup step instead. It does not pretend to assign work or prove that a change was made.
First measurement and site readiness
Section titled “First measurement and site readiness”Before the first baseline, Overview shows one next step and a compact setup progress bar: approve research, confirm competitors, activate questions, and run a measurement. Optional external connections are visible separately. A missing connection stays unmeasured, never zero.
The on-site scan now lives in Readiness — the full five-category report, its history, per-check diffs between runs, and on-demand re-scans. A gate-blocked result is an honest state: a protected site cannot be scored until it can be inspected (see gates).
The sidebar: your map of the brand
Section titled “The sidebar: your map of the brand”Overview keeps the sidebar to six jobs:
- Overview identifies the next useful move.
- Measure manages the question panel and runs.
- Readiness shows whether AI can reach and read the site, with score history and re-scans.
- Analytics contains the Scorecard, raw Answers, and Alerts.
- Actions contains the Action plan and links to implementation tools when needed.
- Reports creates shareable client narratives.
Brand settings groups Profile, Connections, and Site foundations. Studio and Outreach remain available from their existing links, but are not primary navigation.
What changed
Section titled “What changed”After setup, Current state shows the latest measurement, alert state, and the link to Readiness for the on-site view. Open Analytics for the deep evidence behind any signal.
