Agency
Agency is the account-level workspace for work that spans brands. Open it from the account menu after you sign in. It is separate from Today, which focuses on the next action inside your active work.
Brand roster and seats
Section titled “Brand roster and seats”The top cards show active brands, archived brands, and the current plan with seat usage. An active brand uses a seat. Archived brands are paused and do not schedule measurement spend. Owners can start New brand from this page.
The roster lists active and archived brands together. Open an active brand to return to its Overview. Open an archived brand’s profile to review or restore its configuration.
Scan history
Section titled “Scan history”Scan history combines the scans you ran from the public scanner while signed in with brand re-scans and audits that your workspace can access. Each row shows the site, related brand when there is one, score or status, date, and a link back to the relevant report or brand.
Billing and members
Section titled “Billing and members”The billing card shows the current plan and seat count. Paid accounts can manage billing and invoices through Polar. Free accounts can choose Pro for one brand or Agency for multiple seats. The page also links to Teams for members and seats, and to Account settings for your personal profile.
