Action plan

Action plan is the working queue under Actions. It starts with four counts: pending, high impact, medium impact, and low impact. The list is ordered by impact and effort so the most meaningful next action appears first.

Action plan: impact counts, focused action cards, and the Readiness pointer.

Each card shows the recommendation, its impact, expected effort, and a short summary. Select View supporting evidence and implementation detail when you need the underlying material. Provenance and workflow controls remain in the underlying record, but they are not part of the everyday queue.

Copy as prompt copies a self-contained implementation request with the issue and its evidence, ready for a coding assistant.

The bottom card shows the latest Readiness score and links to the Readiness tab, where the on-site scan now fully lives: the five-category report, score history, per-check diffs between runs, and on-demand re-scans. This is separate from AI citation visibility: it checks whether the brand’s own pages are ready for AI crawlers and answer extraction.

  • The resulting visibility data: Analytics.
  • The raw answers behind an action: Answers.
